Dixie Gilley grew up in her mother's salon here in Austin and was a salon owner herself for 15 years before joining Russ and Company. Dixie has 40 years experience in color, hightlights/lowlights, perms, cuts for men or women and kids too. Stylist for Rick and Anita Perry, she is the woman who makes our "Gov. Good Hair" look his best.
